How to Cancel Your Registration?

To cancel your registration for the PSG INDIA 2026, Surat, please send an email to the conference secretariat, using the same email address that was used for your registration.

Refund Structure

Refunds will be processed based on the following structure:

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within one month after the conference concludes. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used during registration.

Refund Method

• Credit Card payments: Will be refunded to the registered person's bank account.
• Debit Card payments: Will be refunded to the registered person's bank account.
• Bank Transfers: Will be refunded to the same bank account used for payment.
• UPI payments: Will be refunded to the registered person's bank account.

Important Terms

• Cancellation requests must be sent from the registered email address only
• Registration number must be included in the subject line
• Refunds are subject to the timeline mentioned above
• No refunds will be processed for no-shows on the conference dates
• Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances
• In case of event cancellation by organizers, full refund will be provided

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the conference due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the following refund policy will apply:

• If the conference is postponed, registrations will be transferred to the new dates
• If the conference is cancelled, participants may choose between a full refund or credit for future events
• Refunds in such cases will be processed within 45 days of the official announcement
